Borrowing Joe Cole to Lille mentioned will make it easier to hook the Eden Hazard Liverpool next year. Lille's camp denied the rumors.
Liverpool Cole loaned to Lille for a full season. 29 years old midfielder was the victim of last arrival of players like Stewart Downing and Jordan Henderson.
Rumors persisted that the loan deal for Cole does not stand alone. Reportedly, there is a clause that says that Liverpool will be given priority if they want to buy a Hazard next year.
But, the issue was denied General Manager Lille, Frederic Paquet. "There's no such things," he told The Independent.
"There is no connection between Joe Cole and Eden. There was no discussion about it," said Paquet.
"We knew Eden Hazard attract some of the best clubs in Europe, but he's he's still here and become part of our project," he said.
Hazard neat appearance with Les Dogues make Belgian midfielder was targeted by top clubs of Europe. Currently, he is under contract until 2015.
