This time

using cell phones while driving on the grounds of security, in the United
States (U.S.) this new ban will be applied nationally.
Some states
impose a ban on new U.S. typing short messages (SMS) and a small portion
prohibit using mobile phones to call.
"Driving
to be disturbed. It is increasingly common and exacerbate the danger that we
face everyday on our highways," said Deborah Hersman, who led the National
Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) was quoted as saying by Reuters news agency
