Boeing 787
Dreamliner for the first time landed in Tokyo, Japan today. Superjumbo that has
been purchased airline All Nippon Airways (ANA) was landed at Haneda Airport,
Tokyo at around 9 am local time.
The arrival
of new aircraft has been warmly welcomed by ANA officials, journalists and the
observer plane. The arrival of a plane delayed three years from the original
promised schedule for airlines ANA Boeing company. ANA initially promised to
get the first aircraft from 55 units of its 787 Dreamliner aircraft ordered in
early 2008.

Ito, CEO of ANA, as reported by AFP news agency on Wednesday (28/09/2011), declared
himself pleased with the first landing of the aircraft. Ito joined the flight
of U.S. aircraft.

Ito, the new fleet will play a key role in ANA plans for international
expansion. ANA airlines plan to begin operating the first commercial 787
Dreamliner in Tokyo to Hong Kong in October and followed by regular flights to
Beijing, China and Frankfurt, Germany.

Boeing says 787 Dreamliner aircraft construction is part of the composite
materials are lightweight. This means that the most advanced passenger aircraft
in the world was consuming 20 percent less fuel than conventional aircraft.
